Lolo’s Bio
Lauren “Lolo” Paz is a nurse, perinatal loss educator, and grief advocate, and the founder of A Soulful Sorrow—a global platform at the forefront of reshaping how pregnancy and infant loss is understood in both clinical care and community spaces.
After her own infertility journey & pregnancy losses, LoLo witnessed profound gaps in loss literacy, bereavement care, and holistic support for grieving mothers. In response, she created A Soulful Sorrow with a clear mission: to evolve the experience of pregnancy loss from one that is taboo and coldly clinical into one that is socially inclusive, compassionate, and sacredly held—with the dignity, reverence, and support this transformational experience deserves.
Her work bridges over 15 years of professional clinical insight with personal lived experience, offering a one of a kind holistic mind, body, soul approach to healing that integrates trauma-informed healing modalities that is helping women navigate grief, identity, and healing that helps reclaim strength, wholeness & sense of self in the wake of loss.
At the forefront of cultural and clinical change, LoLo is helping redefine pregnancy loss care through grief literacy education, storytelling, and community—so no woman has to grieve alone.
