Here is the truth…

Pregnancy loss at any gestation is isolating, overwhelming, and often met with silence.

But you don’t have to walk this path alone.

A Soulful Sorrow is the first-of-its-kind holistic healing experience designed to guide you through loss with compassionate support, sacred sisterhood, and mind-body-soul healing. Our self-paced Healing Course provides a step-by-step pathway, while our global community and live support groups ensure you feel seen, held, and connected every step of the way.

For too long, this grief has been silenced. We’re here to honor you & your baby with the gracious honor & reverence this transformational experience deserves.

Come as you are.

Heal at your pace.

Find the support you deserve.

Transform your grief into meaningful growth and renewed purpose so you can finally feel a profound sense of wholeness and peace.

Hey there! I’m Lolo Paz.

As a loss mom myself, I’m a passionate advocate for holistic healing. I’ve found my calling in the beautiful city of Bend, Oregon. When I’m not immersed in guiding women through their healing, you might find me teaching Holy Yoga, soaking in the beauty of nature, or enjoying precious moments with my family. Today, I am also a mom to two rainbow babies.

With over a decade of experience as a critical care nurse, I've intimately supported patients and families through their grief. I created the Soulful Integration Process after recognizing the need for a more compassionate, comprehensive approach to healing after pregnancy loss—a journey I understand both professionally and personally.

With my background in holistic wellness and a heart deeply connected to this cause, I’ve had the privilege of supporting countless women. My mission is to offer a space where grief is not a silent burden but a shared experience that leads to growth and transformation.

I stand firmly against the notion that grief should be a lonely battle, the societal pressure to move on quickly, and the one-size-fits-all solutions that fail to address the unique and deeply personal nature of pregnancy loss.

A Soulful Sorrow is more than a program—it's a movement towards healing that honors your experience, respects your journey, and nurtures your whole being.

Allow me the honor to guide you through the Soulful Integration Process, and I’ll show you how it can light the way to a future filled with hope, healing, and heartfelt connections. This is not just about overcoming grief; it's about embracing life with renewed purpose and deep meaning.

Let me ask you a question …

Why do you think you haven't yet found a path to healing and wholeness after your pregnancy loss?

I promise you it’s not because …

You're
Not Trying Hard Enough.

Healing is not about the effort you exert, but about the support and guidance you receive.

You Should
Handle It Privately.

Grief is a journey best navigated with compassionate support and understanding.

You Need to Move On Quickly.

Healing from pregnancy loss is about meaningful progress at your own pace.

What if instead, you could…

✔ Navigate the complexities of pregnancy loss.

✔ Find a space where your grief is not just heard, but deeply understood and honored as part of your healing.

✔ Have a framework to hold and guide your grief journey.

✔ Connect with your body and soul in a way that transforms sorrow into a powerful source of self-compassion and growth.

✔ And even be part of a nurturing community, sharing and learning together, as you all move towards healing and rediscovering joy.

Ahhh …
TRANSFORMATION!

I have developed a special approach, the Soulful Integration Process, which is designed to guide women through the intricacies of healing from pregnancy loss.

If you believed that healing from your loss is just about trying to forget and move on

... you'd be wrong.

If you thought that being strong means not showing your emotions and suffering in silence

... you'd be wrong.

And if you guessed that the intense grief you feel is something you must endure alone

... you'd be wrong.

While strength and resilience are important...

They are just part of your healing journey through pregnancy loss.

And unless you've engaged in a holistic process that validates your emotions, provides a compassionate space for sharing your experience, guides you in integrating your loss, and acknowledges every aspect of your being: mind, body, and soul …

The journey to healing and self-discovery you're seeking will, at best, be incomplete, and, at worst, catapult you into depression, anxiety, and other physical, mental, and emotional diagnoses.

My love,

Here are 3 deeply rooted misconceptions you MUST release now to embrace healing and find peace after pregnancy loss.

1

“If I allow myself to heal, it means I'm forgetting my loss.”

Wrong.

Feeling that healing is synonymous with forgetting is a common fear. I understand that true healing means honoring your loss as a part of you. It's about transforming your pain into something meaningful, not about erasing it. Healing allows you to remember and honor your loss in a way that brings peace and purpose.

2

“I don't have the strength or the right way to cope with this loss.”

Wrong.

You might feel uncertain about your ability to navigate this path, but you possess more resilience than you realize. A Soulful Sorrow is here to illuminate that strength within you. I provide the guidance and support that will reveal and bolster the capabilities you already have, helping you to walk this journey with confidence and hope.

3

"I should have moved on from my grief by now."

Wrong.

You've been led to believe that there's a standard timeline for grief, especially after pregnancy loss. This is not only unrealistic but also unfair to the uniqueness of your personal journey. Your path to healing is your own, and it's not dictated by societal expectations. You're not failing in your grief; you're courageously facing it.

It’s possible to …

Wholly honor your loss and your baby’s life.
Process the anger and unfairness.
Restore your self-worth and the mind-body-soul connection.
Repair the feminine wound.

How is this possible?

The Holistically Transformative Path to Healing After Pregnancy Loss Is Through the Soulful Integration Process.

Conventional approaches to grief, especially after pregnancy loss, often suggest time as the sole healer, promoting a silent, internal struggle with little room for genuine expression or community support.

(Albeit with the unintended consequence of prolonging pain and isolation.)

  • But what if we viewed the healing journey not as a solitary path but as an integrated process of emotional, physical, and spiritual rejuvenation?

  • What if we treated each experience of loss not as a chapter to close quickly but as an important part of your life story, deserving attention and care?

  • And what if ... As someone who has endured this unique pain, you were guided through a process that not only acknowledges your sorrow but also transforms it into a source of deep, personal strength?

It’s not just about moving past your grief...

It’s a comprehensive journey toward emotional healing, spiritual growth, and community support.
